We believe that every person, regardless of their health condition, has the right to a quality education. Through our scholarship program, we’re helping to break down the barriers that can make this goal seem out of reach. FTA is pleased to announce that we have launched our scholarship program for two amazing children living with sickle cell (Success and Ismail). Their education will be funded by our patron Daniel Egurube and another anonymous donor as they enter into school in September 2023.
We believe every child deserves a chance and this is our way of giving children, living with sickle cell, life chances and a future - a future where sickle cell will not define them. We are excited and congratulate their families.
Our gratitude goes to our patron, Daniel Egurube for launching the The Esther Egurube Scholarship (TEES) Fund ensuring that his mum’s legacy to help disadvantaged children continues. Thank you!

Scholarships Programs
Education is a vital tool in empowering young warriors and helping them overcome their health challenges.
