We operate across underserved communities in Nigeria; from rural Abuja to expanding programs in Enugu and Kwara, delivering care, education, and essential support to families affected by sickle cell disorder. We are expanding our reach into Ghana also.

Where do you operate?

Fit to Achieve is funded entirely through donations and community‑driven fundraising. Every contribution directly supports children and families living with sickle cell disorder, helping us deliver healthcare access, education, essential supplies, and life‑changing outreach across underserved communities in Nigeria.

How is the foundation funded?

Your donation directly funds medical care, education, food support, and community outreach for children and families living with sickle cell disorder. With a volunteer‑run model and minimal overheads, your contribution goes straight to the communities who need it most.

You can volunteer by contacting our team to join community outreach, support events, assist with digital tasks, or help with fundraising. We welcome volunteers locally and internationally, and we match your skills to where they create the most impact.

Our programs provide access to routine medication, diagnostic screenings, education support, food assistance, and community outreach across underserved areas. I Have Sickle Cell, how can I get help?

Our sponsorship process begins when a family or school contacts our team. We review each request, confirm eligibility, and match the child with the right support. Most sponsorships are approved within two to four weeks, ensuring children living with sickle cell stay in school and continue their education.
